Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Service description

Komply helps UK venue managers assess their compliance readiness for the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 (Martyn's Law). Komply makes venues SIA Compliance Ready — it does not certify compliance. Only the Security Industry Authority (SIA) can certify compliance with the Act. Our Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms and sets out how we handle personal data on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be the Responsible Person for the venue under the Act, or be authorised to act on their behalf. Komply is intended for use by businesses, not consumers.

3. Subscriptions and billing

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Limitation of liability

Komply is a decision-support tool. The outputs — including AI-generated action plans and Section 7 statements — are guidance only. They do not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for your compliance obligations under the Act.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Komply's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual property

The Komply platform, brand, and AI outputs are owned by Growtal. Your venue data and uploaded documents remain yours.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account > Manage subscription. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. You may request full data deletion via Account > Delete my account.

8. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
